A passive and consumptive way of life, hypokinesis (lack of movement), excessive energy intake and a high level of psychological stress represent negative influences, which can result in health disorders and various civilizational diseases. Mgr. Adam Guman

Founder and trainer

Mgr. Adam Guman completed his master's studies at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Comenius University in Bratislava, study program Coaching - Fitness, Bodybuilding and Powerlifting, in 2021. He has been practicing since 2013 in Bratislava. You can also speak with Adam in English; for example, about traveling, cooking, and history.

Ing. Veronika Gumanová

Marketing & PR Coordinator

Ing. Veronika Gumanová graduated from the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. She has long been interested in sports, an active lifestyle, and healthy nutrition.

We train clients in person at the hotel gym in Bratislava (Rožňavská 34) or at clients’ homes in Bratislava, Trnava, Senec and the surrounding area. We also offer services online. English is available for all our services. Don’t hesitate - contact us today!
